  Horrible. Ordered a product and it failed. When I called them, they told me it would be 3-4 days before someone could come out. I told them it was urgent, but they refused to come the same day. Do not trust-- once you pay-- you are alone and in the dark-- placed on a long list-- treated just like a number!!!! Please go somewhere else unless you enjoy a product failing two days after you bought it-- and being given the shaft and told to wait-- even after five phone calls pleading for help!!!! Stay Away!!!!!!!!!
