  Our power has been out for a couple days and we were running off a generator which was using up our propane. I have never dealt with propane or even using a generator before, I had no idea how all this works. I called the gas company, because I saw my gas was down to 30% and I only wanted some answers to my questions. When I called, the answering service person wouldn't even let me finish my question. He kept cutting me off and saying "We're an answering service, we can't help you with that." So I got frustrated and wanted to speak with someone else. They called me back and the man was extremely rude. He was making me feel like I was the dumbest person he's ever talked to and arguing with me. If he would have just been polite and answered my questions without the attitude, it would have been fine. I really hope the customer service gets better with this place. You're working for the people. You should have great attitudes.

  I use gas to heat my house and to cook with. It always takes them forever to deliver the gas after I pay them to come out. They can never tell me when they will deliver it and I wind up having to turn the heat off and worry about wether or not it’s going to run out when I cook.

  Absolutely the worse customer service. I called to explain that I was over charged a delivery and could not get a sentence out without being cut off by a woman named “Cara”. I could not even explain my reason for calling. She was completely unprofessional. I have learned through my experience that they will not honor their own service contract pricing. Save yourself the headache and find another company to use.
