  I went to this location recently bc I had broken my iPhone and was eligible for an upgrade.i would give four stars due to having only one employee working, but the store was closing in an hour, but the guy working was very helpful and professional and got to me very quickly. He wasted no time getting me a new phone and began transferring all of my files, pictures, apps to the new phone. Last AT&T store I had been to to do the same thing, the employee made a huge deal about transferring everything. He tried to tell me I should delete some photos or videos or else it would take at least an hour. That's store was much busier at the time, and I understand it takes more time, but if that's what I was asking for, I don't understand why it was such a big deal to do. So at the Groton store, by the time the man got my new phone connected to transfer everything, the store was closing in 30 minutes. He said it would be about 20 minutes (mind you I have even more files to transfer at this point bc I'm terrible about deleting things...I just have a hard time deciding what has to go). And I even asked if I could go grab a few things at the store and return in 20 minutes he said sure no problem. I returned in 20 minutes, the store was closing in 5, he handed me my new phone and said you're all set. i only wish I could remember his name to give him credit for being so nice. I will definitely be returning next time I need any help with my phone service.
