  As much as I enjoy shopping at tjmaxx I have to say I am disappointed in the customer service today. I won a gift card at the access event they were having in Groton and they called and left me a VM saying i won and to come in when I am in the area to pick it up, it will be at the service desk. Well it took me some time i admit that but I went in to retrieve my gc and I was quickly dismissed with the customer service phone number to call. After the woman called the managers office twice to tell her why I was there, not even the manager would come up. I even had the VM ready to play so they wouldnt think I was trying to cheat them. I am curious to see how the customer service is when I call the customer service line.
